In defense of a sandwich
A sandwich may well be dietary. Useful or harmful ingredients make it.
The sandwich itself may well fit into the dietary nutrition system. The ingredients make it useful or harmful: the base, that is, bread, and what we put on top.
Spread fresh white bread with butter or mayonnaise. On top we put cheese, or sausage (boiled or smoked), or ham. Even if you add lettuce leaves or slices of cucumber, the amount of fat and cholesterol will not decrease!
We take grain bread (rye or whole wheat, with bran) or crisp bread. Gently pour olive oil (no more than 1 tbsp. Tablespoons). On top we lay a leaf of lettuce, sliced tomato, a slice of cucumber (they can be slightly salted and pepper), a sprig of parsley or dill. You can add a piece of baked chicken or fish. Such a sandwich plus green tea (options: freshly squeezed juice, orange or a handful of berries, herbal tea or low-fat yogurt) can replace lunch.

Sandwich Art Classics - Sandwich B.L.T. (bacon-lettuce-tomatoes), only refined. Lubricate the bread slices with a thin layer of low-fat mayonnaise and place between them slices of tomato, avocado, a couple of lettuce leaves and two or three strips of bacon. Fry the bacon a little - so that it already crunches, but remains slightly rubber.
2 BURGER WITH ACID FISH
Roll the white fish steak (cod or hake) breaded and fry until crisp. Simultaneously warm the bun cut in half in the toaster. Lubricate it with yogurt sauce flavored with a teaspoon of lemon juice, chili pepper and finely chopped garlic, and put fish, greens and vegetables inside - a couple of tomato slices and cabbage cut into thin strips.
3 HOT DOG
Take a sausage (possibly home-made - roll it from the minced meat, breaking an egg there and adding a little flour) and fry in olive oil until tender. Remove the sausage and toss into the sliced sweet pepper oil. When it is slightly softened - it can be removed and put together in a bun with a sausage.
Brush slices of bread with olive oil. Put a slice of ham on bread, a slice of hard cheese such as gruyere or maasdam, grease the cheese with mustard, place another slice of ham on top and cover with a second piece of bread. Bake - until crusty on bread and liquid cheese.
5 LION SANDWICH
Toast bread in a toaster, and bacon and egg in a frying pan. Cover them with bread, add greens and freshly ground black pepper. As a sauce, mix Dijon mustard with wine vinegar.
6 CHEESE AND PEAR SANDWICH
Lubricate the sliced long loaf with olive oil. Cut a couple of slices of cheddar or other sharp cheese and a couple of thin slices of pear. Bake in the oven or sandwich maker. In a pinch, a microwave is also suitable.
7 SANDWICH SANDWICH
Do-it-yourself classic fast food - that is, both tasty and healthy. Fry the thinly sliced beef first (until cooked), then separately the onion rings (literally 1-2 minutes). Put the meat and onions in a baguette with tomatoes, chopped rings, watercress and mustard.
8 BAGGET WITH MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
Mix canned tuna, mashed in porridge, with seedless olives and capers. Add tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, sliced in rings, lettuce and boiled green beans will not hurt. Sprinkle olive oil and lemon juice on top, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Add the chopped boiled egg.
9 NORTH SANDWICH
Slice smoked salmon. Put slices with a sprig of dill between two slices of brown bread spread with cream cheese. Gourmets are advised to add a thin slice of lemon without a peel.
10 Croissant with Homemade Cheese and Spinach
Mix homemade cheese (or unsalted feta cheese) with oregano and thyme. Ideally, the greens should be fresh, finely chopped, but also dried. Start the sliced croissant with cheese mixture, add the fried sweet peppers, chopped olives and fresh spinach. For satiety, you can add a couple of slices of ham.
11 ROSTBEEF WITH CUCUMBERS AND HORPEN
Spread the black bread with horseradish so that the tears from the eyes or just to slightly sharpen, as you like. Put on top a few thinly sliced slices of roast beef, rings of cucumber and onions and fragrant herbs.
12 Shawarma with Shrimps
Take a handful of boiled peeled shrimp and a handful of mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil with soy sauce and chili pod. Put cabbage, Chinese salad, shrimps, mushrooms on a piece of thin pita bread and roll it all into a tube.
